Sidetracked is a 7-part webseries, coming to you from the Full Moon crew. This all-girl shred group is made up of Robin Van Gyn, Hana Beaman, Leanne Pelosi, Marie France-Roy, Jamie Anderson, Annie Boulanger and Helen Schettini. Their mission?: to create a 2-year in the making full length all-female snowboard film that portrays the essence of snowboarding through their eyes.
Since two years is a long time to wait (one year down, one to go) Sidetracked was born to feature each one of these ladies and their own pursuit.

Marie-France Roy found her appreciation for nature at an early age. Being raised in rural Quebec, Canada with her brothers, Marie spent most of her time outside. When her snowboarding took off and became her career she began feeling guilty about her indiviual impact on the environment because of how much she traveled. “I felt like a hypocrit in so many ways… I wanted to find a way to not feel so guilty anymore”. Now, a well-known environmental activitist Marie is a part of Protect Our Winters, lives in a cobb house that she made herself and is spreading awareness.
