Rocky Mountain Underground strives to make a difference. It has been our goal to use what we do best to support our industry’s non-profits and foundations as well as our community. SheJumps approached us to support their Wine and Wax events and without hesitation, we hopped on board. SheJumps embraces women in the outdoors. Their mission and goals align closely with ours so it was something that we were very exited to host at our new retail location.
Maggie from SheJumps stepped in to show the process of dripping wax on your gear. Is there a such things as too much wax? Join us to find out.

We don't only teach you how to wax your gear, we get hands-on.

RMU recently opened Summit County’s first retail shop + tavern. The new concept has drawn a lot of attention and was the perfect fit to support the SheJumps events. The RMU Wax Series is a 3 part series which educates women on how to wax their snowboards and skis. The night includes a wax clinic taught by RMU staff, a hands-on clinic where the ladies can actually wax their gear, an engaging female speaker inspiring women to get outside and much more.

To us, it is much more than learning to wax, it is engaging with other ambitions women, making friends, feeling inspired and getting excited about the environment we live in.
