Alaska: the untamed playground that every skier and snowboarder drool over. For instance, in your wildest daydreams you still can’t imagine the steepness and overall raw terrain of Alaska until you’re standing right there, about to drop in.
Teton Gravity Research called on Elyse Saugstad and Angel Collinson to take on all the cliffs and couloirs AK had to offer. And these ladies don’t stagger. Even when Angel took on a face from top to bottom tomahawking rather than skiing, she still ended with a smile on her face, declaring Alaska is her favorite place to ski because of the challenges.
