These panelists will share their personal stories of motivation and navigating setbacks as they carve their paths in a male-dominated industry. From the slopes to the boardroom, they’ll offer insights into the challenges they’ve faced and how they’ve persevered, broken down barriers, and redefined what’s possible for women in the snow industry.
