Last weekend VNTRbirds hosted their Winter 2023 Gear Swap + Sale. VNTRbirds hosts these biannual events every winter and spring at The Pad Silverthorne. A portion of all the sellers’ proceeds was donated to the VNTRbirds scholarship program, The VNTRFUND.

Phew, summer of 2023 has been a whirlwind. VNTRbirds started out hot with the purchase of VIDA MTB Series in early March to set us up for a massive mountain bike season. With the merge of these two companies came more clinics, more locations, more coaches, and the most stoke!

VNTRbirds has been pushing to get more women into the racing side of mountain biking. For us, the goal of racing isn’t to be the fastest, but to complete the race with our friends and with big smiles on our faces. With this goal in mind, VNTRbirds created the Rip Roaring Mini Enduro hosted at Arapahoe Basin on July 30th.
Biking also taught me to appreciate the burn, to cultivate the desire to go just a little further. I needed the healthy push out of my comfort zone that makes me stronger. What I didn’t realize last summer, while I was growing as a rider, was that I was secretly training for a bigger challenge.
