Nine Queens is known for have some of the biggest, most creative and different features than any other snowboard/ ski competition. This is where some of the best, professional women snowboarders and skiiers can get together and have some great fun. Progression, photo shoots and lastly a Big Air contest all in one.
Hosted by Suzuki in Serfaus-Fiss- Ladis, Austria this is the one contest the ladies always look forward to. Invite only leaves it to some of the biggest and best names in the industry. The castle is designed for huge airs, creative rail tricks, and fun knuckles to butter across.
One day of practice is followed by the Big Air. This year Anna Gasser impressively took the crown after being out of her shred boots for 3 weeks due to an injury. She is back, and we’ll see if better than ever, stomping cab 900s and other variations of 720s.

“The jump is perfect for trying new stuff; that’s why I was able to do so much with one day of training. This is a really important event for women’s skiing and snowboarding because of the energy here. Everyone is stoked, and the no-pressure situation really helps us ride better.”
