From the slopes to the boardroom, they’ll offer insights into the challenges they’ve faced and how they’ve persevered, broken down barriers, and redefined what’s possible for women in the snow industry. Join us for an inspiring discussion on resilience, empowerment, and the collective power of women shaping the future of snow sports.
VNTRbirds has invited a diverse group of women from all corners of the snow industry to share their stories. From professional skiers and avalanche educators to scientists and industry innovators, each panelist brings a unique perspective on the challenges, triumphs, and passion driving women in snow sports.
