Sunday, May 29th, BEGINNER COURSE – 9am – 4pm
Are you new to mountain biking or have been a few times, but could use some guidance on proper positioning and techniques? Then the Pushing Pedals Beginner MTB Clinic is the right choice for you. Join VNTRbirds and other bikers like yourself in a day full of skill building, confidence boosting and all around fun while getting some dirt under your tires.
– Working on proper bike/ body positioning for descents, ascents and corners.
– Learning bike handling, braking and foot bracing for easier movements.
– Attempting terrain features to rollover, navigate around or climb.
– Restarting on a climb or descent.
– Line choice.

Monday, May 30th, INTERMEDIATE COURSE – 9am – 4pm
Have you been mountain biking before, but finding it hard to progress on your own? Maybe you just need a few helpful tips and tricks from a professional MTB guide and a crew of other like-minded and determined women to help bring you to the next level.
– Working on proper bike/ body and foot position for descents, ascents and corners.
– Learning bike handling, braking and foot bracing for easier movements.
– Getting into terrain that requires steeper roll downs and front wheel lifts.
– Climbing technical terrain and how to navigate through rocky trails.
– Cornering at both slower and higher speeds.
