Come out to The Pad in Silverthorne, CO on Sunday, October 23rd for a fun-filled day of shopping, community, drink specials and live music! VNTRbirds is hosting our first gear sale for the upcoming winter season. We’re accepting new or gently used items. 10% of proceeds goes towards VNTRbirds’ Scholarship Fund.

Date: Sunday, October 23rd.           Sale: noon-5pm.          Drink Specials: all day!         Live Music: starts at 4pm

– Read through and sign contract
– Go through items you’re going to sell and list on pricing sheet found on page two of contract
PRINT CONTRACT AND PRICING SHEET and bring with to drop off:
– BRECKENRIDGE DROP OFF available on Saturday, October 22nd, from 4pm-6pm at Broken Compass Brewery, 68 Continental Ct Unit B-12, Breckenridge, CO 80424
– SILVERTHORNE DROP OFF available on Sunday, October 23rd, from 9am-11am at THE PAD, 491 Rainbow Dr, Silverthorne, CO 80498 (day of the event)

We will no longer accept items after 11am on Sunday

**Must pick up items that you don’t want to donate by 6pm on Sunday, October 23rd (day of the event)**

FOR SELLERS – How The Gear Swap Works!

All gear and equipment needs to be new or gently used, clean with no tears or damage. ONLY ACCEPTING WINTER SPECIFIC GEAR. 

• Snowboards/ Skis
• Splitboards/ AT Ski Setups
• Cross Country Skis
• Poles
• Bindings
• Boots
• Backcountry gear (no electronics i.e. beacons)
• Outerwear
• Winter Clothing 
• Backpacks
• Helmets (no clear damage or known impacts)
• Goggles (free of scratches and tears in foam)
• “Free Bin” (gently used socks, buffs, beanies, etc…)

All gear will be checked before it is allowed in the Swap/ Sale and VNTRbirds reserves the right to refuse any items we see fit.
