In January of 2018, Ingrid Backstrom was four months pregnant with her second child and skiing at Steven’s Pass in Washington State. Before she even had time to warm up, Ingrid fell on her first hit and tore her patella tendon. This gave Ingrid the possibility of taking the 2018-19 season for herself to rest, reset and enjoy her home state of Washington. Now, she’s sharing with us her recipe for a great season. She claims, “it’s all in the mix”.
